Dido's Truecraft tool division offered high quality medium-priced tools from the early 1960s until about 20 when was closed. Kal tools manufactures their in the usa.

They were the Japanese equivalent of snap-on, Marco, mac, Porto, SK, e, etc. Truecraft made great tools.

For those of you not familiar with Truecraft, they were a Japanese premium tool manufacturer. They will come in a plastic, snap closure, storage pouch.

Some of these pieces are over 20 years old. Shipping weight on these is over a pound, so depending where you live, cost may be up to Dido acquired the Truecraft tool company and began using brand for its hand tools. Items may be dusty and dirty from long term storage, but these tools are new, old stock unused. Most of the production was done in japan, but company also did some manufacturing USA and Palmer, Spain.

This is a new, old stock, 5 piece set of metric nut drivers. With the economics of manufacturing, and especially tool manufacturing in east Asia, Truecraft had progressive difficulty finding a large enough market to support their brand, so operations ceased.
